How to Use LinkMatch AI Insights
Step 1: Access AI Fields in the LinkMatch Dashboard
Open the LinkMatch dashboard and navigate to Parsing Options from the left-hand menu. Here, you can activate and manage the AI fields that align with your sales process.
Step 2: Locate AI Profile Analysis Fields
In the AI Profile Analysis section, you’ll find fields such as Lead Readiness Score, Engagement Style, Timing Recommendations, and more. These fields are marked with an “AI” icon for easy identification.
Step 3: Map AI Fields to Your CRM
Select and map the AI fields to relevant fields in your CRM. Once mapped, these fields will automatically populate with AI-generated insights whenever a LinkedIn profile is saved to your CRM.
Step 4: Set Up Custom Prompts
Use the Custom Prompts Field to generate specific insights tailored to your sales needs. For example, input queries like “Review the LinkedIn profile and job description provided. Analyze their current role, industry, and skills to determine how well they align with the benefits of [your product/service]. Provide a summary of why this lead would or wouldn’t be a good fit, with reasoning” to create a Profile-Fit Analysis.
Once submitted, the AI analyzes the profile and provides detailed responses directly in your CRM.
Step 5: Save and Apply Settings
After configuring your AI fields, save your settings to activate them in your workflow. The insights will seamlessly integrate with your CRM for real-time decision-making.
Step 6: View AI-Generated Data
